About the job Purchasing Officer (West)
Responsibilities:-
Sourcing and evaluation for new suppliers or manufacturers locally and overseas
- Manage and work closely with existing supplier and manufacturers

Purchasing of raw material that includes negotiation, unit price master updating and materials delivery expediting..
- Monitor inventory management
-
Manage purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices that include sorting, matching and filing.
- Printing of purchase from production system, faxing and filing.
- Supporting the Purchasing Manager with clerical works.
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Purchasing/ buying experience in manufacturing
- Experience in handling PO
- Able to work under minimal supervision
