5 days, 9am-6pmSalary: $3000 - $3500Address: Paya Lebar Road, Yi Guang Building Singapore 409032 (Macpherson)Company industry:Manufacturing of wire harness, cable assemblies and electro-mechanical assemblyJob scope:

• Collate PO to order materials, good and supplies.
• Interact with suppliers on day to day basis.
• Ensure all suppliers invoices are correct for payment.
• To monitor delivery and inventories against orders.
• Undertake all filing as request.
• Liaison of all claims with manufacturing and suppliers.
• To assist new project listing sourcing/listing and materials during FA/NPI stage.

Requirements:

• With 2 years purchasing and sourcing experience, buyer experience is added advantage
• Proficient in using Ms Office including Excel
