Job Description


  • Responsible for general administrative, data entry duties such as filing, answering enquiries, office stationery and more.
  • Answering telephone calls and attend to walk-ins and online enquiries
  • Provide administrative support in Day-to-day projects documentation
  • Prepare purchase order using ERP software
  • Source for material and negotiate the best price
  • Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Arrange shipment of orders accordingly
  • Application and submission of document to government agencies
  • Assist Engineer to prepare site progress report for clients
  • Handle all aspect of project co-ordination work
  • Gather material catalogue and collate the Operating and Maintenance manual file
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business administration or related field
  • Pro-active attitude, responsive, able to multitask well & eye for details
  • Ability to exercise initiative, work independently and under pressure
  • Familiar with shipping terms and arrangements
  • Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
  • Immediate availability or can start work within short notice will be of great advantage
  • You should be a positive thinking person with a good working attitude. Able to multitask and with excellent organisational skill. Able to work on multiply projects at any one time. Be resourceful and able to work independently and in a fast pace environment.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
