Summary of the Job: The primary function includes supporting QMR for maintaining QMS, designing quality standards,inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality management systems,and determining corrective and preventative actions. You will also work with managers and supervisorsto implement quality measures.Job Responsibilities: . Lead the design, development, and implementation of quality systems to measure and reportmetrics including internal yields, Supplier quality, scrap, cost of quality, and warranty failure.. Work with Quality Control Inspectors to ensure compliance to standards, setting workflowpriorities, and problem resolution.. Facilitate and maintain internal and external corrective action program and lead the closure ofopen actions.. Drive continuous improvement projects to increase productivity, eliminate scrap and reducerework operations.. Ensure all processes, fixtures, and equipment used in manufacturing & assembly has adequatedocumentation.. Involvement in ECN, NCR and MRB to support achieving world-class quality.. Prepares product quality reports and metrics tracking charts by collecting, analyzing, andsummarizing information and trends.. Maintains ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and other regulatory compliance for materials, products, andfacilities audits.. Support QMR for all QMS related function.. Perform related duties as assigned by management.Job Requirements: . Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electric / Electronics / Mechatronics / instrumentationEngineering.. At least 2 years relevant work experience, especially in Quality control management, ISOmanagement and Supplier/Customer Quality management.. Skilled in quality engineering (SPC, engineering drawing reading), advanced metrology,maintenance of quality certifications, product quality inspection requirements, calibrationcontrol, customer complaints & continuous improvement.. Knowledge in LEAN manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S & ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 added advantageous.. Prioritize & drive for results with the ability to engage & influence stakeholders to achieveimportant quality objectives.. Good communicator (both written/verbal). Strong in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
