DESIGNATION : QA Associate (Fresh Produce Compliance)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform QA/QC work primarily at our Fresh Food Distribution Centre
• Perform sensory and instrumental testing of fresh produce
• Conduct quality audits of supplier and branch for QA compliance
• Conduct research study into product quality parameters
• Prepare quality & feedback reports, presentation materials etc.
• Liaise with suppliers and category managers on food safety & quality issues
• Assist the Executive/Manager to administer other related QA programs

• Diploma in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry or related disciplines
• Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience in quality assurance or fresh food logistic/warehouse operations works
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 220000 or HACCP will be advantageous
• Entry level candidates are welcomed
• Candidates without diploma qualification but with relevant experience are welcome to apply
