Project Description
You'll be working with colleagues based across the region in at least six distinct locations. We work as a team together with the aspiration to provide trusted IT services and project support to the bank to support the ambitious growth plans. As a test lead, you'll play an important role in making sure we achieve both business and technology objectivesResponsibilities
- Collaboration with stakeholders of delivery process (including business and users)
- Develop end-to-end automation tests
- Requirements analysis
- Support testing environment
- Design of tests, estimation and planning of QA automation activities
- Investigation of test results, bug reporting and tracking
Skills
Must have- Test Analyst with strong testing capability with 6 - 12 yrs of IT experience in test execution and test management
- Passionate to do test designing, test planning and test execution
- Strong or demonstrated analytical skills
- Experience in testing regulatory applications.
- Experience in testing web-based application with understanding of modern web technologies
- Good understanding and knowledge of test methodologies and tools (Jira or equivalent)
- Good understanding of test automation concepts is definitely an advantage
- Practical experience with test automation tools (UFT, Selenium ) as well as JIRA for test management would be a plus
- Experience on core banking and wealth management domain would be a plus
- Knowledge of SQL would be preferred
- Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions. Should have Agile mindset
- A confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
