*System5.Identifies and Prepares Inspection and Testing SWI for Incoming & Outgoing Inspection & other relevant procedures6.Supervises `and ensures full implementation of the following quality assurance activity such as:
*Incoming Inspection and Data Verification of Parts/Indirect Materials
*Perform LCR for new product introduction and model transition
*Reliability Testing (Destructive Test)
*Outgoing Inspection/OBA of finished products
*Conducts verification of in-process defects (incoming parts NG)
*Conducts On-site verification of customer claim defects reported by customer7.Coordinate Defective Parts / Materials disposition.8. Identifies Inspection & Measuring Tools/Equipment9. Monitors Performance and Prepare Reports for the following but not limited to:10. Supervises supplier's rework/sorting activity for reported parts with quality problem ( whenever applicable.11.Spearhead meeting for customer claim ,feedback.12. Attends & Assist Product Safety Audit ( TUV , UL ) and report result to Customer.13. Attends to meetings such as but not limited to.14.Performs supervisory function
( Basic & Advance Supervisory) Performance monitoring & measurement .15. Conducts Training & assist Inspectors / Newly hired Engineers.16.Follows, implements and maintains the QEHS policies and procedures of the company. Ensures proper housekeeping within area of responsibility.Requirements:
