Job Description

Establish and maintain Quality Management System of the organization.Create and implement standard operating procedures and work instructions.Ensure promotion of awareness of customer requirements and company standard requirements throughout the process.Ensure all products conform to the standard prescribed by the customer and end-user through final checking against the technical data available.Train and guide all quality control operators on basic technical trouble shooting on the production machines and processes.Perform non conformance handling on both internal and external rejects with proper root cause analysis and comprehensive action plans.Administer corrective action request and follow up to concerned departments.Follow up on the action plans by performing audits on the areas affected.Ensure technical data requirements of the machines and customers are being followed in the execution of each production process.Control of quality related documents.Repair, maintain, calibrate, and control and accurate production measurement devices.Final approval of product for dispatchEducation: Engineering graduate or any 4 year course graduateWorking Experience: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing industry. Exposure in rotogravure printing is an advantageExperience working in quality area for manufacturing companyInvolvement in QMS establishment is an advantageSkills:Knowledge in Quality Assurance system and implementationExcellent communication skills both written and oralTeam player and result orientedWith excellent auditing skillsJob Type: PermanentSalary: From Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:

• 8 hour shift
