Our company manufactures plastic injected parts for the automotive industry, which specializes on car navigation systems, car audio, steering wheel switch knobs, instrument clusters, medical parts etc. Manufacturing process starts from Development, mold making, injection molding, and secondary processes like painting, printing, laser marking and assembly.: In charge of maintaining and monitoring product quality requirements of assigned models. Conduct product and process audit. Analyze product quality data and trend. Communicate with customers regarding quality concerns. Conduct analysis and investigation on encountered quality problems/issues. Document and records control Related work experience of at least 1 year is an advantage.Educational Background: College graduate, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering.Required qualification: Background in plastic injection defect phenomenon and standard countermeasures. Well rounded in quality trouble report preparation. Working background of 7 QC Tools, problem solving and root cause analysis Capable of investigating product and process related problems. Proficient in corrective action / preventive action process. Basic knowledge of Japanese production system concepts. Knowledgeable in the following standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and its requirements and compliance for the product.Employment Status: Mitsuwa Philippines employee 6 months probationary period Salary increase upon attainment of regular status after 6 months.Work Location: Mitsuwa Chemical Philippines, Inc.
