Job Description
Responsibilities: - Review production daily NCMR reject and drive for improvement plan/closure. - Internal and external excursion management (MRB / Quality Claims) - Prepare regular reports and mee Responsibilities: - Review production daily NCMR reject and drive for improvement plan/closure. - Internal and external excursion management (MRB / Quality Claims) - Prepare regular reports and meet submission deadlines (weekly, monthly) - Continuous improvement activities - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements: - Degree in Engineering or Science - Systematic and analytical problem-solving skills - Proactive and Multi-tasking - Good communication skills and a team player - Auditing experience is a plus - Good knowledge of statistical techniques, quality tools (FMEA, 8D, & SPC) - Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power point - Possess good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills - 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a customer quality, process quality or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
