The service holder shall be responsible to assist for the supervision and coordination of all activities related to Quality Management for the Papua LNG Project during the Engineering, Procurement, Su The service holder shall be responsible to assist for the supervision and coordination of all activities related to Quality Management for the Papua LNG Project during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning, and Installation phases, i.e.: . To adopt and to demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to Company 'Code of Conduct' and H3SE rules and regulation. To implement H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. . To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his area of responsibility (whatever its support). . To be kept informed of Company Referential (CR's/GS's in particular), International quality norms and standards, and Statutory regulations. . To promote the Quality Culture within the Project Team and provide Quality advice/supports to all packages. . To prepare the various Project Quality presentation. To perform the Quality inductions for newcomers. . To contribute to the assessment of the Project Quality performance of PLNG Project team and Contractors, . To contribute to the assessment of the Project Quality performance of PLNG Project team and Contractors, . To establish and maintain metrics, KPIs and objectives of Project team and Contractors. . To assist in the control of the implementation of the Project Quality Management System and in the organization of such Quality Management System for all packages. . To organize and coordinate the Quality Surveillance of Contractors for all packages or POs and the associated inspections: Ensures that criticality analysis, risk mitigation and quality control with suitable resources are applied all along the supply chain process for every equipment purchased (CPY items and CTR purchases) or activities on site. . To organize and contribute to Contractor's Quality audits and visits in coordination with concerned Package Managers, and issue updated evaluations of their performance within the project. . To review and give advice on Contractors', Subcontractors' and suppliers' QA/QC Inspection & Test Plans in coherence and adequacy with the Project Quality Management System and Project requirements. . To Contribute to the Document control and enforcement to the Quality Specifications . To ensure during execution phase that Contractor's Equipment are properly certified and monitor and implement recording with a traceable documentation. Activities . To assist in maintaining the project QMS (register, plans, procedures, specifications) and in the implementation of all the Quality Control processes. . To coordinate the Internal Audit Plan in order to ensure the enforcement of the QMS . To secure that Project Quality reviews are regularly conducted, and actions plan properly completed (actions monitoring). . To review as necessary Contractor's key documents (e.g.: project quality plans, quality control plans, audit schedules and key project procedures), ensuring that they are in line with Project expectations and contract requirements. . To implement and coordinate all the Project Quality Control and Quality surveillance processes (internal and External), including required coordination, resources and methodology. . To coordinate with Project Inspection agencies the selection and mission of external inspectors according to the surveillance program. . To lead, organize and report the Quality Control activities on all sites during the execution phase. . To follow-up the reported Project non-conformities, derogations, correctives actions. To possibly involve in the root cause analysis. To chase-up, when necessary, the closure process of actions. To highlight and report the work key deficiencies to management. . To participate to Contractors regular meetings (Weekly and Monthly) and dedicated Quality meetings and ensure adequate and timely reporting of any Quality control areas of concern. . To monitor the satisfactory consideration of Return of Experience from TotalEnergies Headquarters by Project teams members. To participate in the feedback for the Project towards TotalEnergies Headquarters. . To ensure all along project REXs Lessons Learnt are well captured and injected within T-REX. . To ensure before demobilization of packages leaders close-out reports and debriefing presentation are provided and approved by technical project manager or his/her delegate. Context & Environment The Papua LNG Project is a key project for TotalEnergies as it is its first major petroleum investment in Papua New Guinea. Papua LNG Project is a combine onshore and offshore development project comprising: . Well pads and the upstream gathering network including flowlines and two parallel multiphase trunklines . Upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF), approximately 30 kms from the field . Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline . Integration in existing liquefaction plant located 325 km from the CPF in the vicinity of Port-Moresby Duration / Location Starting date: November 2022 Duration: End of 2023 then to PNG Location: Singapore/Papua New Guinea Status: Resident Qualifications & Experience required Qualification: Engineer, or equivalent Languages: English mandatory Professional Experience: 10+ years in Oil and Gas projects 10+ years at same or equivalent position with managerial responsibilities Technical skills: . IRCA certified . Good Knowledge about following standards: ISO/ASME/AWS/AS/... . Good Knowledge about TotalEnergies specifications: GS EP PVV / GS EP PLR / GS EP STR / ... . Good computer literate in Microsoft application (excel / Word/Power BI)
