Missions / Service dimensions The service holder shall be responsible for: . supervising and coordinating the Piping & Layout engineering related activities performed by FEED Contractors and EPSCCs Missions / Service dimensions The service holder shall be responsible for: . supervising and coordinating the Piping & Layout engineering related activities performed by FEED Contractors and EPSCCs Contractor for the CPF & Wellpads Package, and interface with Pipelines Packages . assisting as requested in Static Equipment and Piping activities . providing support and technical expertise and contribution with regards to the Piping and Layout discipline. . ensuring that the engineering activities are performed in compliance with applicable Laws and Regulations, Company HSE rules & standards and Project requirements. . providing support to challenge the FEED Contractors in the Value engineering Exercise and to promote alternative design to optimize cost, footprint, work and schedule . 3D Model: To ensure operability, safety and maintainability of the Plant set-up of the process for the Digital Twin . ensuring adequate and timely reporting to the Static equipment, Piping & Layout Lead Activities The service holder will be in charge to: . supervise and coordinate the Layout engineering related activities performed by the FEED Contractors. . Assist as requested in Static Equipment and Piping Layout activities. . provide support and technical expertise and contribution with regards to his/her discipline. . Provide support to challenge the FEED Contractors in the value engineering exercise. Promote alternative design to optimize cost, footprint, work and schedule. . timely review and comment engineering documents and consolidate comments related to Piping and Layout deliverables liaise with other engineering specialist(s), and entity (Operations,) as required. . ensure that the engineering activities related to the Piping & Layout matters are performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (PNGS calling Australian/New-Zealand standards apply), Contextualized GS, with required level of quality, high HSE Standards, with respect of the Project highly sensitive environment, and within the agreed time schedule and cost. . supervise the 3D model activities, participating and organizing the required Company team participation (Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Construction,) to the 3D model reviews and ensuring proper implementation of the findings involve in the Digital Twin set-up process . while supervising the activities related to Layout, ensure Plant constructability, operability and flexibility that implies management and leadership towards other specialties and Project entities. . liaise as requested to ensure proper digitalization of the technical data of the Project. . support preparation and participate in Project technical reviews, provide answers and ensure timely implementation of the findings in his/her discipline. . assist as requested in preparing the derogation requests to GS EP PVV, in responding in engineering clarifications, request for deviations and technical issues with regards to Piping & Layout discipline by a proactive and proficient approach . perform studies leading to technical decision making and propose recommendations . provide support in his/her field of expertise to compare and evaluate the CPF-Wellpads FEED Contractors during the FEED Competition phases . participate to the preparation of the documents for purchase, the bid evaluation and inspection . support preparation of Project Reviews, provide answers and insure timely implementation of the findings in his/her discipline . ensure adequate and timely reporting, highlighting critical issues, proposing remedial actions. HSE: . The Service holder shall undertake all activities she/he is responsible for, or involved in, with the highest level of consideration for HSE risk management, protecting human health, respecting communities and preserving the environment. . She/he will promote safety and environment awareness / conscientiousness at all levels through an exemplary and pro-active attitude towards the Project team, the Contractor / Subcontractor and with all stakeholders. . Ensures and promotes the use of the Company rules and specifications throughout his/her activities to ensure compliance with Project safety objectives. Context & Environment The Papua LNG Project is a key project for TotalEnergies as it is its first major petroleum investment in Papua New Guinea. Papua LNG Project is a combine onshore and offshore development project comprising: . Well pads and the upstream gathering network including flowlines and two parallel multiphase trunklines . Upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF), approximately 30 kms from the field . Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline . Integration in existing liquefaction plant located 325 km from the CPF in the vicinity of Port-Moresby Duration / Location - Starting date: 01/10/2022 - Duration: 31/12/2023 - Location: Singapore during FEED, detailed engineering in EPC Offices and after relocation in Papua New Guinea - Status: Resident Qualifications & Experience required - Qualification: Engineer, or equivalent - Languages: English mandatory, French is a plus - Professional Experience: 15+ years in Oil and Gas projects - Experience in similar position (years): 10+ years at same or equivalent position with managerial responsibilities - TotalEnergies experience is a plus
