Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports.
  • Review customer's quality manuals, contracts and change requests and ensure that the necessary criteria and provisions are included in quality and process plans
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any Engineering course
  • With at least 1 year experience in Customer Complaint Handling
  • Knowledge in measuring tools is an advantage
  • Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna (On-Site)
