*Our client is a microelectronic industry leader in design, development, manufacture, sale and support of advanced semiconductor wafer probe cards

*Office hours, Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm.

*Location: Ang Mo Kio

*Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining QMS, RBA management systems & Document control.
• Conduct internal audits. Ensure production readiness for both 3rd party certification body and customer audits.
• Handle customer claims, RMA and quality issues. Follow up closely with customers and the relevant department, on all local and overseas non-conformances & 8D reports.
• Maintain, conduct regular review of calibration & preventive maintenance spec for tools, instruments & equipment.
• Generate monthly report/summary of OQA rejects, Customer Returns, RMA, external and internal 8D.
• Maintain Customer Requirement database and work with Sales/Design teams for any new customer requirement and specs.
• Conducts training for new hired on the Quality & RBA systems.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Min.3 years of working experiences in ISO 9001 QMS / RBA Management system, preferably in manufacturing or Semicon related industries.
• Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Mechanical or relevant discipline.
• Immediate or short notice period candidate preferred.
• Certified lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 QMS
• Knowledge of Social, Environmental & Ethical industrial standards preferred
• Knowledge in problem-solving methodologies - 8D, 5WHY, FMEA
• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
