Job Description

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM (hybrid arrangement)
Location: Central
Salary Package: Up to $4,000 (VB and AWS)Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Review system requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure optimal preparation for development success.
• Test Plan Development: Create detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans and test cases that cover all possible scenarios.
• Testing Execution: Prioritize, plan, and execute tests while designing automation scripts using advanced testing tools.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and meticulously track bugs to resolution.
• Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression tests to ensure fixes do not introduce new issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze quality metrics (e.g., defect densities, open defect counts) to enhance the testing process continually.
• Collaboration: Partner with development and project management teams to ensure smooth SIT/UAT cycles.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest testing tools and strategies to refine and modernize testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java and JUnit.
