Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

Working with business units in gathering requirements and understand of current workflows.
Provide feedback for system enhancement throughout project lifecycle.
Develop and prepare comprehensive test scenarios aligned with business requirements.
Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within strict timelines.
Proactively identify, report and defects/issues, following up with IT or vendor teams until resolution.
Create detailed documentation for assigned tasks.
Flexibly support additional duties as assigned, including after-hours Quality Assurance testing support.
