Responsibilities

Assist in guiding production team in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement in production areas
Develop, review and update food safety management system (eg. ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GMP, HALAL certification and audits
Overall technical expert for plant GMP, cleaning and sanitation validation, microbiological aspect
Establish/review HACCP study, food safety & quality policy, manual and, SOP
Work with production teams to establish procedures, standards, systems
Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues

Requirements

Degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent
At least 2 years experience as QA / QC
Relevant experience in food manufacturing /Production sector will be an added advantage
Understanding of FSSC / ISO22000 / Halal requirement is added advantage
