Job Description
QA MANAGERResponsibilities: 1) Over all planning for quality department2) Ensuring that the Quality System of the company is documented and implemented effectively to meet the ISO 9001 QMS and arrange internal and External audit.3) Controls all the documents throughout the company4) Responsible for initiate and closure of Non-Conformance Report and Corrective and Preventive Action Reports5) Making sure each equipment are calibrated on due time6) Liaise with customer on all customer complaints and feedbacks7) Able to Handle OR knowledge about various type of measuring instruments like Smart scope & CMM8) Support inspection if necessary9) Able to read technical drawings and deep knowledge about GD&T10) Liaise with vendors on all quality requirements.11) Able to use software applications like MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and AutoCADRequirements: . Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering / Quality Assurance Engineering (Others) or equivalent.. At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in measuring sheet metal and precision machined components.. Preferably Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
