To interpret and implement quality assurance standards, draft quality assurance policies and procedures
To devise procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
To review the implementation and efficiency of quality inspection systems
To document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
To analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
To plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure product and service quality
To assess customer requirements and set customer service standards and ensure that these are met
To investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
To develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
To assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirement
To identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
To work with operating staff to establish standards, systems and proceduresQualifications
1. Graduate of Food technology and with relevant years of experience
2. Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
3. With knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
4. With knowledge of relevant regulatory requirementsCompetencies:
