- Set up, troubleshoot and operate production equipment in compliance with Plant Safety and Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity in accordance with specific procedures.
- Responsible in the local preventive maintenance of the packaging machines.
- Be part of ISO and HACCP internal audit committee team to maintain the management system and ensure all related procedures, processes, documentations meet the current standard.
- Assist for the application of Halal certification of premises.
- Assist to upload green coffee beans into green silo and collect foreign particles during uploading.
- Assist in the factory facility maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
