• Degree / Diploma holder from recognized university, preferably in Business or Computer Science;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of software Quality Assurance;
• Prior work experience in banking domain;
• Strong understanding the life cycle of UAT/ manual testing;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications;
• Familiar with Software Testing Development and Testing methodology, especially Agile;
• Possess accuracy and attention to details with strong analytical, creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve UAT issues effectively.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work both independently and within a team with good inter-personal skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge in fraud risk management / credit cards / unsecured loans application processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with upgrade activities, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations;
• Collect system requirements and document changes in workflow;
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform regression testing;
• Engage in the go-live process and verify post-implementation activities.
• Ensure accurate data flow between systems;
• Perform UAT and regression testing per the approved test plan;
• Escalate critical issues promptly with documented evidence;
• Monitor post-go-live performance to ensure effectiveness;
• Engage in project activities and meetings related to credit fraud management and instinct;
• Ensure timely deliverables meet quality standards and project governance;
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.
