Working location: 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Lakeside/ Boon Lay MRT station) Working hours: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday) & 8am-12pm (Saturday) Job Duties:
- Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice.
- Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
- Perform routine sampling and check quality of incoming raw materials and end products.
- Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company and government regulatory standard.
- Assist in customer feedback and discuss with the relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
- Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system is in place at all times.
- Collaborate and work effectively within cross functional teams.
- To carry out other duties assigned from time to time as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Food Science/ Technology or in any field.
- Minimum 1-2year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good initiative and effective communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and easily adapt to changing situations.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates & employees)
