Job Description
QAQC & Document Controller (Marine Industry)
5-day work week. Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6pm
Office: Pandan Road Singapore
Transport: Company Transport provided at Clementi Mrt
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in related field
- Competence in handling measuring instruments e.g. Vernier caliper, micrometer etc.
- Able to use AutoCAD & read and interpret technical drawing
- Able to write technical report and inspection report
- Inspect incoming / outgoing semi / final products
- Expedite fabrication job for sales orders.
- Update the quality control metrics
- Update monthly job statistic
- Conduct materials verification and document for fabrication job
- Inspection and issuing of equipment service report for equipment servicing job
- Issue non-conformance report
- Documents compilation of manufacturing date record (MDR)
- Assist Sales Department in submitting fabrication quotation
- Assist to prepare fabrication drawing
- Liaise with third party
