Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm; Alternate Sat, 9.00 am - 1.00 pm)

Key Responsibilities
Implement food safety and quality control measures in line with HACCP and SFA regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing plant and its procedures to ensure food safety standards.
Carry out weekly quality checks on all raw materials and products.
Obtain and analyse samples as required.
Work with suppliers to ensure document compliance.
Investigate and resolve issues related to product quality and food safety.
Maintain databases and documentation.
Create and deliver food safety training when necessary.
Monitor product weights to ensure they meet guidelines.
Oversee quality assurance activities including testing and certification processes.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
