Establish the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), and prepare request for inspection based on the approved ITP . Ensure that the quality and standards of work and materials used all in accordance with the project and approved standards . Monitor and update daily manpower reports . Establish the project method of statements for various activities required for the project . Maintain a site surveillance log and advise to close construction accordingly . onduct the various necessary site inspection with the stakeholders to clear work progress . Manage the sub-contractors to ensure project is aligned to the planned sequence of works and work completed meets the necessary quality standards and requirements . Manage resources on site - manpower and materials, report and plan for contingency in case of shortages . Attend meetings to discuss on challenges and resolutions . Upkeep of the necessary records to QA/QC activity and update the relevant stakeholders . Participate and support safety controls, safety programmes and implementations Job Requirements . Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent . Minimum 5 years of experience in marine/shipyard operations . Involving in site electrical and instrument supervision works . Valid COMPEX/EEHA Certification is required . Self-driven, independent, and resourceful . Knowledge in AutoCAD . Knowledge of ATEX and various international/Project standards . Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
