Job Scope:

• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of quality and food safety systems aligned with internal and external standards.
• Drive and coordinate continual improvement of customer, internal, and vendor quality performance through targeted initiatives and programs in cross-functional projects.
• Review and analyze data to provide regular updates on food safety, quality, and service trends.
• Continually evaluate and trend process controls, food safety, and quality programs, and recommend appropriate improvements.
• Ensure the alignment of complexities with staffing and capabilities.
• Provide functional leadership for regular performance reviews, succession planning, and talent assessment and development planning.
• Develop effective training and knowledge-sharing programs and manage the performance and development of staff to achieve organizational and departmental goals and maintain a productive environment.
• Accountable for providing quality assurance/control management and ensuring that the products supplied by the company are tested in accordance with GMP and customer/country-specific requirements.
• Ensure food safety and quality products meet all customer and corporate specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality policies, standards, procedures, and work instructions.
• Lead investigations to determine root causes of material quality issues and initiate/ensure CAPAs are developed and executed at the appropriate level of the supply chain.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in food science/ any relevant field
• Min. 2-3 years relevant experience
