Job Responsibilities:

To carry out in-house root cause investigations for non-conformance
To establish quality procedures, operation instructions and prepare quality documents
To compile and submit FA inspection report
To support QA initiatives/ activities (e.g new product quality review, customers\xe2\x80\x99 quality audit, project transfer, etc.)
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant qualifications
Possess minimum 2 years QA/QC working experience in a manufacturing environment (Experienced in Metal Stamping industry will be an advantage)
Possess knowledge in problem solving tools such as 8D report, FMEA, fish-bone diagram, GD&T
Experience in using Smart scope/CMM
Familiar with ISO 9001/14001 system requirement
