Job Description

Job Responsibilities1. Conducts product on line spot-checking and packed product inspection during the production run.2. Collects QC retention samples for every batch of different products and stability samples for all newly developed products.3. Inspects, checks, and recommends rejection or approval of materials used in the production and incoming deliveries.4. Records all inspection findings on Finished products and safety keeps inspection reports.5. Conducts FG audit stored at the warehouse to ensure good condition and quality of the product during storage. Provides QC control tags and prepares the necessary report.6. Conducts Self- Plant Audit if it confirms to FDA regulation and cGMP and prepares necessary reports.7. Ensures that all manufactured products meet QC standards prior to the transfer of goods to FG warehouse. Ensure availability of QC Approved tags.8. Ensures that outgoing goods from the warehouse pass QC standard evaluation.9. Conducts investigation on products with quality issues.Work Experience and Skills Requirements1.
