QC Inspector Responsibilities:

Perform QC inspection of electronic parts, PCB, PCBA, cable
Perform QC inspection of assembly, mechanical parts and finished goods
Generate inspection reports for accepted parts and produce discrepancy reports for rejected parts
Ensure that the product meets specifications in terms of its appearance and its function
Able to utilise various inspection techniques and methods such as visual inspections, measurements and functional testing to determine product quality standards
Ability to read and comprehend documentation written in the English language

Requirements:

GCE “O” / ’N’ level / Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent (Training will be provided)
Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a QC environment
With some math skills, and ability to distinguish product / documentation discrepancies
Knowledge in quality acceptability criteria for mechanical parts, PCB, PCBA, cable assemblies and electronics components an added advantage
Able to read and write inspection report · Knowledge of quality control
