Inspect, test and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications
Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions
Discard or reject products, materials and equipment not meeting specifications
Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards
Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database
NCR data collections and photos taking
Job Requirements:
GCE N level / ITE or equivalent with working experience in industrial environment
Open to individuals without experience.
