Job Description
The QC Inspector is responsible for quality control processes including Incoming Quality Control (IQC),
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).
This role ensures that products meet the required quality standards and specifications before reaching the customer. The QC Inspector will also manage quality documentation, prepare reports, and handle basic communication with customers on quality-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifting and inspection of heavy products, performing incoming / in-process / outgoing inspection by naked eye or microscope, preparng outgoing report. Ensure inspection processes are followed according to quality standards. Ensure timely preparation and submission of quality reports and documentation. Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes. Maintain and update quality standards and procedures as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum O-level or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Good understanding of inspection methods and measurement equipment. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic experience in handling customer communication regardinquality matters. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality reporting.
