Qc Inspector
Job Description
Quality inspector duties are to carry out daily dimensional measurements of mechanical parts produced by CNC machines and to ensure that they meet the given tolerances requirements according to the drawings. They are required to collect these dimensions and keep a record of all the parts that they have measured. Candidates should know how to use measuring tools and equipments such as micrometers, vernier calipers and projectors to name a few. They will have to ensure that these equipments are calibrated and in good conditions.
In house training will be given to those without working experience . They are required to work hand in the production area during and after the training period.
