Inspect receiving material, outsourcing services, and review MTC and reports.
Inspect in-process and final stages of manufacturing and repair tools.
Inspect quality parameters as per company and customer requirements in all stages.
Maintain the calibration of measuring gauges and instruments.
Familiar with API 7-1, API 5CT, and DS1 for manufacturing, threading, and repair of drill collars, subs, stabilizers, and tubings.
Perform final inspection as per Router card and relevant specs.
Maintain quality records of product/process monitoring inspections.
Report NCR for defective parts and processes.
Compile data pack for each completed work order and submit to QHSE Manager.
NDT Level II is an advantage in PT and MT methods.
Work experience in the machine shop is a must.
