Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform documentation checks on engine maintenance records
• Review engine logbooks entries for service records & technical documents including life limited parts / components / service bulletins incorporated and reported service defects
• Interact with various support functions such as Customer Support, to ensure all engine shop visit documentation complies to OEM requirements & PWC Quality procedures
• Check all technical worksheets, maintenance records and Authorized Release Certifications are carried out in compliance with Quality procedures & respective Airworthiness Authority regulations
• Prepares engine release documents & Authorized Release Certificate for engine assembly final release back to service
• Comply with Quality procedures in keeping records of all engine maintenance history files

• Support and participate in EH&S, Quality, Ethics and Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives
• Perform various other duties as assigned by Workshop Engineer/Manager

• Minimum Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Precision/Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology
• Relevant work experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in the Maintenance Repair Overhaul for aviation industries
• CAAS (engine category) or equivalent certificates will be an added work value
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft software applications and SAP
• Good working knowledge in Quality Assurance / Quality Control & Airworthiness Authorities regulations
