COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
DESIGNATION : QC Inspector

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review welding procedure specifications, welding procedure qualification records, welder performance certificates, etc.
• Review of material mill test certificates and verification of raw materials and welding consumables.
• Witness and revalidate (review) the NDT and holiday testing results.
• Perform SAT with the client and the consultant.
• Arrange welders' training and qualifications to meet customer requirements.
• Preparation of inspection test plan etc.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.

• Minimum 3 years of experience on quality control aspect in steel pipes and pipelines installation, pipe/fitting field welding works, pipe hot and cold bending works, pipe coating at factory and field, testing and commission.
• Obtained AWS or WSWIP certified welding inspectors.

• 6 days’ work week.
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license.
• SP Group project experiences preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
