Job Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing precision parts to ensure quality standards are met Identify and address defects at an early stage Ensure all goods consistently meet required quality standards Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection data and test results Contribute to the development and improvement of inspection procedures and quality control processes Help build a team culture that values quality and accountability Perform other admin duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent At least 1-year of industrial experience Able to read 2D drawings Knowledge of FAI (First Article Inspection). Others like PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and 8D problem-solving methodologies is an added advantage Basic knowledge in the use of measurement tools such as micrometres, vernier callipers, bore gauges, etc Knowledge in SPC tools Good in Mircrosoft Excel e.g. basic formulas Good communication skills and passion in learning Able to use computer and email for communication
