Responsibilities:

To feedback and work with supplier on day-to-day non-conformance parts
To co-ordinate with QC inspector to perform daily inspection task
To provide quality awareness/training for QC Inspector /Technician to perform inspection job according to customer or internal requirements
To work and monitor suppliers and sub cons quality performance and work with those supplier/sub cons who shows trends of quality deterioration
Monitor in-house product quality performance
Responsibility for facilitating quality issues and manages daily activities of manufacturing QC
Initiate and follow up Corrective/Preventive Action Request (CAR/PAR) to supplier for non- conformance part

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Quality
Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a QC environment
Knowledge in quality acceptability criteria for mechanical parts, PCB, PCBA, cable assemblies and electronics components an added advantage
