Jobs Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and specifications. Document findings and take corrective actions as necessary.


2. Maintain Quality Records: Accurately record inspection results, test data, and any deviations from quality standards. Prepare detailed reports and maintain comprehensive records for compliance with internal and external quality requirements.


3. Assist in Quality Improvement: Identify and report quality issues or non-conformities to the Quality Control Manager. Assist in investigating root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.

Jobs Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Diploma or equivalent in Quality Control, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in quality control or assurance (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001) are a plus.


2. Experience in Quality Control: Proven experience as a QC Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality inspection techniques, testing equipment, and quality standards is essential.


3. Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail to accurately assess and document quality issues. Good analytical skills to interpret test results, identify patterns, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
