QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science Major in Civil Engineering - Licensed
• Minimum 3-year experience in the same field
• Must have a strong leadership disposition, and cooperative
• Good multi-tasking and organization skills, systematic and goal-orientated
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure
• Can interpret construction or production plans
• Adequate writing skills in making technical reports
• Good work exposure to concrete and tensile strength testing procedures
• Willing to be assigned in any Precast Plant within Luzon

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Plan and coordinate quality control activities and conduct sessions to explain to workers the importance of following national/international quality norms/rules/regulations.
• Conducts quality inspection as per specifications on precast materials - incoming, preparations before casting, monitor product condition from casting, demolding, stacking, and before delivery)
• Conducts quality inspection as per specifications on the calibration of batching plant and tests on concreting materials - incoming, batching, and testing.
• Perform joint inspection with production/operation team to validate closure of non-conformance report (NCR).
• Repeats inspection procedure until the product meets quality standards and specifications are attained.
• Submits inspection reports and list of NCRs from specifications as materials, procedures and observations for corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform other duties as required.
