JR28286 QMO Product/Process Change Notification Manager As a Global Quality PCN (Product/Process Change Notification) Manager, you will be responsible in managing the end to end notification and communication process on product and process changes. You will be responsible in ensuring that we effectively communicate changes to customers through working with various stakeholders including the account facing teams, process owners, Business Units etc. You will be responsible in managing the process and making sure it is well integrated with other internal and external (customer) processes and ensure compliance with JEDEC standards and customer specific requirements. You will be responsible in owning the PCN system supporting the process and establish roadmap for process and system changes or enhancements.

  • Lead or be the representative of the PCN team for major cross functional project (in which notification/customer communication is required)
  • Determine prioritization of process/system change requests through working with stakeholders
  • Lead regular review of the PCN process and system with stakeholders
  • Evaluate and implement opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency of all processes
  • Lead external and internal audits related to the PCN process
  • Ensure that the PCN business process/procedural documentation is updated and managed
  • Worked with other process owners on integration of PCN with other key internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage PCN dashboard and metrics and conduct regular reviews with stakeholders
  • Facilitate the cross functional discussions on PCN customer requirements related topics
  • Manage staff, workflow, and priorities
  • Develop resource plan which incorporates stakeholder needs through collaboration and understanding of Micron business.
Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience of increasing responsibility
  • Experience managing customer facing information required
  • Experience working with customer facing teams is helpful
  • Experience managing large business processes that span multiple functions is helpful
  • Experience managing global teams helpful
  • Knowledge of Semiconductor processes is required, memory is preferred (knowledge of product technologies – DRAM, NAND, mNAND)
  • BS degree or higher degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, MBA preferred
  • Project/Program Management experience
Work Environment
  • Ability to manage schedule to work across global time zones is required.
  • Flexibility to manage urgent customer needs is required
