Job Responsibilities

• Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment, and Health Management Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 ISO45001/ SS651, SS506 part 3, OHSAS 18001).
• Participate in the compliance audit and identify compliance gaps
• Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary.
• Support Quality Manager in managing QMS improvement initiatives to ensure quality initiatives and quality plans are executed and maintained in full compliance with IATF requirements.
• Review batch release activities for production including but not limited to review of product grading records, analytical data, Certificate of Analysis (COA), and other documents
• Release and verify CAPA quality-related issues and ensure effectiveness of corrective actions
• Review Management of Change (MOC) for any change in QC lab equipment, critical parameters, raw material specification and finished product specification.
• Drive CpK improvement, review control charts, MSA and GR&R and recommend improvement action.
• Manage IATF Core Tools (PPAP, APQP) documentation and reports.
• Assist plant audits (customer audit, external, internal, and Supplier audit). Lead Auditor for ISO Internal Audit and report nonconformity and recommends opportunities for improvement.
• Participates in R&D activities. Review Product Safety requirements from customers.
• Participate in Plant 5S/ Housekeeping Initiatives and Safety Committee Meeting.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or chemistry (BS Engineering / Chemistry / Science) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of working experience in quality such as Lab Testing or in the Quality Assurance department.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar Quality Systems
• Experience in quality audits would be a plus
• Company transport provided at Jurong East
