Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for underground piping works.
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and progress claims.
Manage contract administration, including variation orders and final accounts.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials/equipment.
Liaise with project managers and site teams to monitor budget and cost control.
Maintain proper documentation for procurement, quotations, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in underground piping or utilities projects.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and cost estimation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software.
Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
