Qs Engineer ($4000 $4800/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs etc
- Conduct thorough cost analysis to optimize project budgets
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and project specifications
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process, identifying potential cost overruns and implementing corrective actions
- Liaise with Project Manager/designated staff to evaluate and certify completed work and arrange for payment
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and financial updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
