Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
Set sales targets, forecast revenues, and track performance against goals.
Manage a team of service engineers, sales engineer, and administrator.
Ensure service engineers meet client\'s expectations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Provide leadership and guidance to sales organization.
Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities, provide technical support, and address concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including its products, technologies, and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
