Responsible for project claim certifications Evaluate supplier quotations, subcontractor progress claims, variations, and contract correspondence.
Administer contracts from project initiation to final accounts.
Forecast budget, control costs, report progress, and communicate with clients.
Participate in contract evaluation during the tender process and provide feedback on technical and commercial terms.
Assist Project Manager in developing Variation Orders.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of work experience on Public Sector Engineering Projects or as a main contractor.
Salary: $3,500 to $5,000
