Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project claim certifications Evaluate supplier quotations, subcontractor progress claims, variations, and contract correspondence.
- Administer contracts from project initiation to final accounts.
- Forecast budget, control costs, report progress, and communicate with clients.
- Participate in contract evaluation during the tender process and provide feedback on technical and commercial terms.
- Assist Project Manager in developing Variation Orders.
- Evaluate supplier quotations, subcontractor progress claims, variations, and contract correspondence.
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience on Public Sector Engineering Projects or as a main contractor.
