Job Description
$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- To manages and prepares all the cost estimates for tender projects.
- Provide support in all upgrading projects and tender exercises.
- Provide support in projects and ensure timely on claims submission to clients.
- To ensure accurate and timely payment response on the monthly claim by subcontractors.
- Provide contractual advisory to ensure the team to comply with contract obligations and procedures.
- Provide advice and recommendation to meet clients\' business needs.
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Degree in Civil/Building/Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in quantity surveyor is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
