Job Description
$8K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- To manages and prepares all the cost estimates for tender projects.
- Involves in value engineering and determining the price of the service.
- To provide support in projects to check and ensure timely upstream claims to clients are maximize to the company interest including variation order.
- To report any major contractual status, arise after discussion with project sites.
- Update any changes in project budget.
- To ensure accurate and timely payment response are certified to the subcontractor's monthly claim.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
