Job Description
Take charge of preparing and submitting comprehensive and competitive bids for both private sector and public sector projects, with a strong emphasis on mechanical and electrical scopes in
data centre and cleanroom developments.
Manage tender processes including document review, scope assessment, and timely government portal submissions. Liaise with design and project teams to gather technical and commercial inputs for accurate cost estimation and value engineering. Negotiate pricing and scope with clients during pre-contract phases to ensure commercial success. Provide leadership and guidance to junior Quantity Surveyors, monitoring project risks and ensuring compliance with standards.Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying At least 8 years' experience in
pre-contract tendering and cost management
withmain contractors.
Strong expertise inM&E systems
, especially indata centre and cleanroom environments.
