Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the contracts and cost management function across regional offices.
Provide strategic oversight on contract administration and project financial matters.
Support senior leadership in departmental planning and decision-making.
Guide the team through all project phases, from pre-contract to completion and final account closure.
Review and prepare contractual documents, claims, variations, and related correspondence.
Oversee tender reviews and provide direction to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Manage supplier and subcontractor negotiations to secure favourable terms.
Track and monitor project costs, timelines, and adherence to contractual obligations.
Partner with project teams to resolve issues, assess claims, and maintain smooth operations.
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with company and industry standards.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
Strong knowledge of contracts and familiar with PSSCOS and SIA COC
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to deliver under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Proven leadership skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities
Relevant regional experience in Interior fit out works will be an advantage
