You will be primarily responsible for facilitating safety company\'s approved QHSE training programs in the APAC region.In addition, your will also be part of the team to conduct regular studies on internal training needs, setting KPIs and developing training requirements and roadmap to promote health and safety culture requirements in accordance with the organisation\'s Quality, Health. Safety & Environmental (QHSE) and Ethics policies.We are looking for someone who is independent, with strong communication, great interpersonal and presentation skills.Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Develop internal safety training roadmap and programs that are compliant with the IMS, ISPS and other relevant industrial rules and regulations;
  • Facilitate company\'s approved QHSE training programs with regional offices mainly in the APAC region, to strengthen safety leadership and to promote health and safety culture mindset;
  • Support in the continuous improvement on existing training programs to enhance the delivery of safety training content and soft skills.
  • Participate in the design and review of the organization\'s annual Quality, Health, Safety Environmental (QHSE) vision, goal setting exercises and develop key QHSE strategies for the organization.
  • Conduct training reviews with Safety Management Team through information sharing, suggestions and observations acquired from trainings and feedbacks to strengthen QHSE standards and policies;
  • Keep abreast with industrial best practices and regulatory change in QHSE guidelines.
To excel in this role, you need to possess good safety knowledge coupled with critical thinking, structured thinking and stakeholder management ability;Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in conducting soft-skills and leadership related training or relevant experience in Learning and Development
  • Strong background in Human and Social Sciences Bachelor degree in any discipline;
  • ACLP/ACTA certified and Pedagogical specialist or equivalent
  • DACE/ DDDLP certified or equivalent is preferred
  • Strong knowledge in Safety/ Possess WSH Safety Coordinator Course (Level B) or equivalent.
